Myanmar
1. The Junta is warned for an upcoming huge storm a week before it hits, the Junta does nothing.
2. The storm hits, the Junta does nothing, apart from worrying about their rigged elections.
3. Aid is offered, the Junta blocks it or lets in only selected aid. The selected aid disappears in their own stores, if anything is distributed, it is wet & mouldy rice, not even fit to feed animals.
I would advise the International Court of Justistice to start collecting information NOW for a case of crimes against humanity.
China
1. The CCP is warned for an upcoming earthquake weeks before it hits and does nothing.
2. The earthquake hits, and a huge rescue action is started immediately.
3. Aid is offered, the CCP accepts it, even from a sworn enemy like Japan.
OK China, that's 3 out of 2, my compliments!
Now please take care of your man-made disaster in Tibet, in Turkistan and with the Falun Gong with the same urgency, please...
