Warning, more Chinese fake videos on their way!

More from Agam's Blog

The monks of Kirti monastery in exile, located in Dharamsala, received contact from their brothers in Ngaba county. Accounts of the raids as of March 28 were given. Thousands of security forces entered 6 monasteries in the area, raiding the monks' rooms and confiscating all means of communication. Monks were forced at gunpoint to step on photographs of Dalai Lama. The Chinese then staged some scenes and videotaped them.
* They forced some monks to hold up a portrait of the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan national flag.
* A small monk was forced to hide half his body underneath the wooden floorboards and made to place his hands on the keyboard of a lap top computer.

One of the monks was able to make a secret phone call to the Kirti monks in India.
"I am worried that the CCP is creating false evidence to try to show that His Holiness the Dalai Lama is the mastermind behind the protests in Tibet. The security forces forced us to act out these scenes against our will with guns pointed at us. I appeal to the people of the world, do not be persuaded by these fake videos".

I have seen such photo on your site prior to 3/10/2008 and under such photo it had the following statement:

This is not an uncommon 'tactical move' from the Chinese government, as could be seen on the back-cover of the 2003 annual TCHRD Report. This photo was apparently made when monks refused to play as actors in a movie,so soldiers were ordered to put on robes.

To pass this photo off as evidence of recent Lhasa riot of Chinese government stagging of the riot is dishonesty, something not a Buddhist should engage in. This practice will hurt your cause and cast doubts as to your real motive, and your credibility will suffer. Furthermore I doubt very much you will keep this comment on your blog as it refutes your basic contention. I think if you wish the world to respect your cause, the first and foremost is to disengage from deception and dishonesty. If you have to resort to deception and lies to further your cause, your credibility is lost and along with it, the legitimacy of your cause as well.

If I write 2003, why do think it means 2008?
    Is this Chinese logic?

Where is the image that shows" the Chinese used agent provocateurs to start riots, which gave the PLA the excuse to move on Lhasa to kill and wound over the past week."

I hope you know the photo of Chinese coldiers with Monk costumes is from 2002, and this is 2008...

And yes, China obviously wants to start a riot in its own territory so it can send in troops to maintain order, obviously you couple of Tibetan fanatics aren't at fault for making all of China hate people who just want to live a peaceful life. Keep up the good work! Burn more businesses, damage more property, kill more innocent civilians!

I feel sorry for the Tibetan people as a whole that people like you give them a badname.
